Approve Community Enhancement Fund expenditures for District 2: Public Transit support in Douglas, in the amount of $10,000.
Background:
Supervisor English has submitted for approval: Public Transit cannot exist without subsidies and it is important to keep it going for the people that have no other options.

Release funds for project.
