Approve two grants of easement to Arizona Public Service (APS) for parcels 102-30-114W and 102-30-118 for the new Facilities Maintenance Building, effective April 9, 2024.
Background:
Arizona Public Service has requested two easements to construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, operate and maintain electrical lines for parcels 102-30-114W and 102-30-118, with the right of ingress/egress. This easement is required for Arizona Public Service to perform work on their electrical lines.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide copies of recorded easements to Arizona Public Service.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Arizona Public Service will not be able to construct electrical lines at the Facilities Maintenance Building.
