Approve the Revised 2024 Cochise County calendar reflecting the schedule of the Regular Board of Supervisor meetings for the calendar year 2024, the 2024 holidays and pay days, and authorize the Clerk of the Board to post the Public Notice of the 2024 meeting schedule.
Background:
Each year, we develop and post a notice of the regularly scheduled Board meetings, as required by statute. The following changes are recommended by the Clerk of the Board:
- The special meeting on July 30, 2024, is being moved to August 6, 2024, due to the Primary Election on July 30, 2024.
- Remove October 8 and 22 Regular Meetings;
- Change the calendar to October 1, 2024, Special Meeting (Approve Demands); October 15, 2024, Regular Meeting; October 29, 2024, Regular Meeting.
- This change is due to the County Supervisors Association Legislative Summit, October 7-9, 2024.

Post notice of regular meetings on the bulletin board and online; disseminate information to County departments; input regular BOS meeting dates in AgendaQuick.
