Approve Amendment 2 to the Emergency Management Performance Grant Subrecipient Agreement amending the Award Number to EMF-2023-EP-00008-S01.
Background:
The sub-recipient award for the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), first approved by the Board on October 24, 2023, and subsequently amended for the first time on January 23, 2024, requires a second amendment due to a typo in the grant Award Number. This amendment will update the Award Number from EMF-2023-APP-00008-S01 to EMF-2023-EP-00008-S01.

Sign amendment for submitted to DEMA.
