Approve Professional Services Agreement 24-36-DEV-01 for the Hearing Officer to address violations of Zoning and Floodplain Regulations according to the fee schedule outlined in Exhibit B, effective May 7, 2024.
Background:
The services provided under the Professional Services Agreement, Agreement No. 24-36-DEV-01, involve the Hearing Officer, Gregory Johnson, serving in a quasi-judicial capacity to handle various regulatory and legal determinations for Cochise County concerning the Cochise County Zoning Regulations and Floodplain Regulations.

Provide the agreement to the Hearing Officer for signature
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Cochise County will be without a Hearing Officer, an essential position responsible for adjudicating code violations and determining appropriate resolutions.
