Adopt Zoning Ordinance 24-08 to rezone tax parcel 105-40-004 from R-36 (Residential District, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to GB (General Business District) pursuant to the application of Robert Maloney.
Background:
The County received a request from Robert Maloney (applicant) to rezone tax parcel 105-40-004 from R-36 (Residential District, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to GB (General Business District). The 4.5 acre property is undeveloped and located at the northwest corner of S. Highway 92 and E. Keeling Road.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The parcel will remain R-36 and future development will conform to applicable use, site development, and building code requirements of the R-36 zoning district.
