Adopt Zoning Ordinance 24-10 to rezone tax parcel 208-47-045H from R-18 (Residential District, one dwelling per 18,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres) pursuant to the application of Thomas Farnsworth III.
Background:
The County received a request from Thomas Farnsworth III (applicant) to rezone tax parcel 208-47-045H from R-18 (Residential District, one dwelling per 18,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The 4.2 acre property is located at 1471 E. Redwing Place.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The parcel will remain R-18 and future development will conform to applicable use, site development, and building code requirements of the R-18 zoning district.
