Adopt Resolution 24-13 authorizing the use of Emergency Voting Locations for the Primary Election on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
Background:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-411 (B) (5) the legislature has granted the Board of Supervisors the authority to authorize the use of Emergency Voting Centers. The Resolution adopted by the Board must specify the location and the hours of operation of the emergency voting centers.
The attached Resolution establishes emergency voting for Monday, July 29, 2024, at the Cochise County Recorder's Office, from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
