Adopt Zoning Ordinance 24-12 to rezone tax parcel 202-12-010A from R-36 (Residential District, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres) pursuant to the application of Cynthia Griffin.
Background:
The County received a request from Cynthia Griffin (applicant) to rezone tax parcel 202-12-010A from R-36 (Residential District, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The property totals about 11 acres and is located on Fort Grant Road near Willcox.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The parcel will remain R-36 and future development will conform to applicable use, site development, and building code requirements of the R-36 zoning district.
