Adopt Resolution 24-26 authorizing the Cochise County Board of Supervisors to designate Emergency Voting Locations for the General Election set for Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
Background:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-411 (B) (5) the legislature has given the authority to designate emergency voting locations to the Boards of Supervisors.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Emergency voting center will be available as adopted.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Emergency voting location will not be designated.
