Approve the five-year Software as a Service Agreement (SaaS) and related exhibits, with Tyler Technologies for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, for a total one-time fee of $2,611,969, with recurring fees of $321,484 per year, effective December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2029.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors approved the use of $3Million dollars from the Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund for the County Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project in accordance with Cochise County Procurement Policy on May 7th 2024. Tyler ERP system was selected through the procurement process, and the contract that resulted from this process is now being presented to the board for approval.

Continue implementation of the ERP software.
