Grant a non-exclusive ingress, egress and regress easement of the southern 60 feet of County Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 40843008A to the United States, though the General Services Administration.
Background:
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is developing a new Commercial Port of Entry west of the City of Douglas. To access their parcel during construction, they have requested an ingress, egress and regress along the southern 60 feet of County owned parcel APN 408-34-008A. This will give GSA access during construction of the POE while the new access road from SR80 is being constructed by ADOT.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide recorded easement to GSA.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
GSA would not have access to construct the new Commercial Port of Entry.
