Information
Agenda Item Text:
Approve Amendment 1 of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) CTR070113 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) revisions, between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise Health and Social Services, in the amount of $80,000, effective September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2028.
Background:
The original Overdose Prevention IGA, CTR070113 was approved June 4, 2024, for a timeframe of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2029.
This amendment is to include the time prior to January 2024 (September - December 2023). The original contract noted an incorrect effective date of January 1, 2024. Additionally, the amendment specifies the amount of expenses used for indirect calculations, which is needed for auditor purposes.
