Approve replacement of Exhibit B, Cochise County Community College Districts by Election Precincts for Board of Supervisor Resolution 11-55, and approve replacement of Exhibit B, Cochise County Supervisorial Districts by Election Precincts for Board of Supervisor Resolution 11-53.
Background:
On December 20, 2011, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 11-55 that defined the Cochise County Community College Districts and Resolution 11-53 that defined the Cochise County Supervisoral Districts. Both of these resolutions included an Exhibit B that outlined the election precincts that comprised those Districts. It was recently determined that these Exhibit Bs incorrectly identified some of the election precincts within the Districts, although the maps which were also attached, were correct. Corrected Exhibits have been prepared and are presented for approval.
