Adopt Resolution 12-31 appointing the election boards for the 2012 Primary and General Elections.
Background:
A.R.S. 16-531 requires that the Board of Supervisors appoint the election boards not less then 20 days prior to the primary or general election.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Notify election boards of their appointment.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Cochise County will not be in compliance with ARS 16-531.
