Discussion and possible direction regarding pending litigation involving the Ramsey Canyon Inn.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), the Board may vote to go into executive session to receive legal advice and to discuss the litigation with the County Attorney.

Background:
The County is currently engaged in pending litigation concerning the Ramsey Canyon Inn.
Due to the active nature of the case, legal strategy and risk assessment must be discussed confidentially with legal counsel. The Board may consider updates from counsel, potential options for resolution, and any necessary direction on continued litigation, settlement possibilities, or administrative actions.
As permitted under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), the Board may enter executive session to:
Receive legal advice from the County Attorney
Discuss the County’s position and direction in the pending litigation
No final action will be taken during executive session. Any action resulting from this discussion will be taken in open session, as required by law.
