Approve a new liquor license application for a series #10 (beer & wine store) liquor license submitted by Mr. Rodney S. Herbert for Super Stop located at 5620 S. Hwy 92 in Hereford, 85615.
Background:
Mr. Rodney S. Herbert has applied for a series #10 (beer & wine store) liquor license for Super Stop located at 5620 S. Hwy 92 in Hereford, 85615. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. A petition of citizens around the area opposed to this liquor license was received by the Board office by email on 10/11/12, and a opposition letter was emailed on 10/17/12; and a petition in favor of was received on 10/19/12; documents are attached.
The Environmental Health Division that they have no objections to issuing a liquor license to Mr. Rodney S. Herbert. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are current.
Mr. Rodney S. Herbert has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
