Approval of this action will provide the Executive Director with a deposit of $14,000 into Gregory Stuart’s 457(b) plan. The one-time contribution assists the agency with lowering the liability of the organization by keeping his retirement contribution lower and doesn't allow for compounding of his annual increases. 

At the May 12, 2022 Executive Committee meeting, the Committee Members discussed the performance review and compiled the performance reviews with each evaluator’s scores, found in Attachment 1.

Based on this tabulation, the Executive Director received an overall score of 14 out of 14 possible points based on the 0-2 ratings scale described in the form. For each point, a $1,000 deposit into Mr. Stuart's 457(b) plan. An annual salary adjustment increase (or 457(b) contribution) were included in the adopted current fiscal year 2021-22 budget.
