Notice of Administrative Amendment to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 - 2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The FY 2023 - 2027 (FY 2023) TIP was approved by the MPO Board on July 14, 2022. The newly approved FY 2023 TIP is not recognized as effective by the Federal government (for purposes of Federal funds release) until October 1, 2022, the beginning of the Federal fiscal year. As such, the FY 2022 - 2026 (FY 2022) TIP is currently the effective Program used by the Federal government to authorize Federal funds.
One Administrative Amendment to the FY 2022 TIP was requested by the Florida Department of Transportation to reconcile differences between the TIP and the Department's Adopted Five-Year Work Program. This Administrative Amendment increases the cost of the project FM# 437832-4 SR-93/I-75 FROM SHERIDAN STREET TO GRIFFIN ROAD. AUX LANES by $10,335,319. The funding amount for the amended project is shown exactly as it appears in the new FY 2023 TIP. This Administrative Amendment was approved by the MPO’s Executive Director on July 20, 2022 and is shown in the Attachment.
No other projects in the TIPs are affected by this Administrative Amendment.
