REQUESTED ACTION:
MOTION TO APPROVE the 2021 CAC Meetings Schedule
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
Approval of this action will set the CAC meeting dates for 2021 and allow MPO staff to arrange for the public notification of meetings and to set due dates for materials to be included in CAC agenda items.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The Attachment is the proposed 2021 CAC meetings schedule for review.
The proposed dates represent CAC meetings as being held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m., with no meetings scheduled for July or late December. The committee may also wish to consider the proximity of the proposed September 22, 2021 meeting date to the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, which begins the evening of September 21, 2021.
