Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning approval of disbursement of pre-trial diversion funds as authorized by Art. 102.0121 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and approval of a check to be written from the Pre-Trial Miscellaneous Fund line item 053-400-625, in the amount of $10,500.00 for FY 2026 2nd quarter payment for services provided to Atascosa by the CSCD, as specified in the Interlocal Agreement. This has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney. |
