| Tracy Barrera: | Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve the final documents for the road and bridge equipment financing through Government Capital Corporation that was approved on 5/28/2024. The final amount was $987,928.25, for a 5-year term, annual payments beginning 07/05/2025 for $234,205.31. All documents have been reviewed and approved by Trent Rowel, Assistant County Attorney. See attached. |
