Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning:

Laura Pawelek: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve the change from monthly to bi-weekly pay periods starting October 2024. Employees will be paid every two weeks. This change aligns with the new payroll software system. A notice with the new pay dates will be included with the September 15th paychecks.
