A. Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning the 2026 Atascosa County Resolution with the Texas Indigent Defense Commission (TIDC), Indigent Defense Improvement Grant Program, to provide improvements in Indigent defense services in the county and authorize Atascosa County Judge Weldon P. Cude to sign the Resolution and the Internet Submission Form on behalf of the County.
B. Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning the 2026 Atascosa County Resolution with the Texas Indigent Defense Commission (TIDC), Indigent Defense Improvement Grant Program, to provide defense positions that participate in Mental Health (MH) court programs in Atascosa County and authorize Atascosa County Judge Weldon P. Cude to sign the Resolution and the Internet Submission Form on behalf of the County.
