| Sheriff Guerra: | Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve the Atascosa County Commissioners Court Resolution for Operation Lone Star for fiscal years 2026–2027 (September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027), authorize the County Judge to sign, and direct the filing of the resolution with the County Clerk (Grant #5366002). |
Recommendation/Action Requested and Justification
Discuss and/or take appropriate action for the County Judge and the Sheriff to sign the new CEO/Law Enforcement Certifications and Assurances Form for Operation Lone Star for fiscal year 2026-2027, covering the period from 9/1/2026 to 8/31/2027 (Grant #5366002), and file the document with the County Clerk.
