Rural Development:		 A. Conduct a public hearing concerning vacating and replatting portions of Lots 4 & 5 in the Homestead Acres Subdivision in Precinct 1.

                           1. Open Public Hearing.
                           2. Close Public Hearing. 

B. Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning approval/denial of the Replat of portions of Lots 4 & 5 of the Homestead Acres Subdivision on Bronder Rd. in Precinct 1.
