Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning entering into an agreement with Vista Solutions Group for document management software to create digital copies of election documents, voter registration documents, campaign finance reports at $4,800.00 per year and a one-time setup fee of $8,950.00 to be paid from Chapter 19 funds, as well as fund 012-435-685 pending review by County Attorney and Authorizing County Judge to sign and execute. |
