Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified:
(a) Enter into an Independent Contactor Agreement - Driver for Veterans' Transportation between Burnet County and David Landall Hallmark; and
(b) Authorization to apply for the Rural Ambulance Service Grant Program HB3000 in an amount not to exceed $350,000 for Marble Falls EMS.
