An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. The agenda packet is also posted on the county website at www.burnetcountytexas.org, under Public Meetings. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available in the County Clerk's office. Our Mission Statement: The mission of Burnet County is to maintain overall efficient and effective management of county resources while providing the services mandated by state and federal law and desired by the citizens of Burnet County.

Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court rules of decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person. Public comment for items listed on this agenda will be heard when the agenda item is called.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a burn ban for the unincorporated areas of Burnet County. (Wilson)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding appointments to the Capital Area Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CARTPO) Board:
(a) Reappoint Commissioner Joe Don Dockery and Marble Falls Councilman Richard Westerman;
(b) Appoint County Judge Bryan Wilson.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to grant Road & Bridge, Precinct 3, to enter the property located at 308 Buffalo Trail, Liberty Hill, Texas 78642, owned by Loretta J. Ault, for the purpose of removing tree limbs within the county right-of-way that have the potential of obstructing the road way. The property owner has provided written permission for county personnel to enter the property. (Collier)
