Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following for the Sheriff's Office:
(a) Purchase and enter into a 5-year subscription, subject to the availability of funding in future fiscal years, for Motorola Cloud Migration - Cloud Server storage system body camera and in-car camera storage, and authorize payment for the first in an amount not to exceed $187,000 from funds 100-5600-4000 and 100-5600-5760, as applicable.
