Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court rules of decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person. Public comment for items listed on this agenda will be heard when the agenda item is called.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action concerning requests to replace bond number SUR2005273 in the amount of $4,704,964 with a new bond in the amount of $800,000 and bond number SUR20055274 in the amount of $9,352,678.50 with a new bond in the amount of $800,000.  Said bonds pertain to Thomas Ranch Subdivision, Phase 1.  Request in reduced bond amounts is due to completion of project.  (Dockery)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the issuance of a Government Letter of Approval in support of Lonestar Faith, LLC's application to operate as a new EMS provider in Burnet County, pursuant to Texas Health & Safety Code §773.0573. (Dockery)

(c) Approve line item transfer of $76,101.49 from Retirement 100-5600-2030 to Mach/Equip (Capitalized) 100-5600-5760.

(a) Enter an Interlocal Agreement Between Burnet County, Texas and the City of Burnet, Texas Concerning Improvements to Shady Grove Parkway, with a County contribution not to exceed $15,000 (Beierle);
(b) Enter into a Service Agreement for an M500 Extended Warranty between Motorola and Burnet County Constable Precinct 4 for the in-car camera, in an amount not to exceed $115. (Dockery);
(c) Enter the FY27 CAPCOG Interlocal Agreement for 9-1-1 Geographic Information System Database Management, and execute the Project Representative and Designated Alternate, in an amount not to exceed $129,416.08, with no County match required (Wilson);
(d) Renew the three-year LEADSONLINE contract, a law enforcement software tool used to assist in the recovery of stolen property, in an amount not to exceed $7,308 per year (Wilson);
(e) Enter into a contract between Burnet County Tourism and CivicPlus for Virtual Webmaster services for the Burnet County Tourism Website in an amount not to exceed $565.25 for the remainder of FY26 (Wilson);
(f) Enter into a contract between Burnet County Tourism and CivicPlus for Virtual Webmaster services for the Burnet County Tourism Website in an amount not to exceed $7,122.15 for FY27, beginning October 1, 2026 (Wilson).
