Consideration for approval regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a.  Approval for the Ladd and Katherine Hancher Library Foundation grants for Spicewood Library.  The application will be for five (5) computers and one (1) printer
b.  Approval for the renewal of the Lexis Nexis Contract for FY25 to be paid for out of the Law Library fund
c.  Approval of the Peace Officer Training Reimbursement Agreement
d.  Acceptance of the letter of assignment pertaining to that certain Permanent Drainage and Temporary Construction Easement as it relates to drainage improvements on CR 407
e.  Approval of the Triumvirate agreement for the waste disposal for the BOPATE Collection Event scheduled for April 26, 2025
f.   Agreement with Thomson Reuters for Westlaw Edge Software subscription to be paid for out of the Law Library fund
g.  Interlocal Agreement and approval of Order  between the City of Marble Falls to assist the city with approximately 2.3 miles of chip/seal paving on Mormon Mill Road between the intersection of Hwy. 281 and the city limits
