Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 (b), any person may make comment on any item appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the Commissioners Court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Presentation from Marble Falls Independent School District Superintendent Dr. Jeff Gasaway regarding the upcoming Marble Falls ISD bond election provided as a courtesy to Burnet County. Discussion and questions may follow (Dockery)

Presentation of the Burnet County Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024, by Patillo, Brown & Hill, LLP (Wilson/K.Smith)

Consideration for approval of setting a date for the HHW ( Household Hazardous Waste) Event (Dockery)

Consideration for approval of a letter of support for Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area Rural Training Lab focused on healthcare careers (Beierle)

a. Said conversation may include granting of authority to the Burnet County Judge to negotiate a purchase price including potential contribution from Lonestar Land Partners that may be considered further by the commissioners court at a future date.
b. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Commissioners Court of Burnet County reserves the right to go into executive session as authorized under 551.071 and 551.072 of the Texas Government Code (Attorney Consultation) and (Deliberation regarding real property) regarding the above-described lease or purchase of the property.
a. Said conversation may include granting of authority to the Burnet County Judge to negotiate a purchase price including potential contribution from Lonestar Land Partners that may be considered further by the commissioners court at a future date.
b.
