Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action  regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Gage and Cade  Construction , LLC proposal for CR 252 headwalls
b. K.C. Engineering work order No. 25-308 CR 120 in an amount not to exceed $35,670.00
c. Acknowledgment/Acceptance of increased cost for elevator maintenance contract with Kone effective May 1, 2025
d. Approval to accept and sign agreement for the Texas State Library Archives Commission Family Practice Place Library grant for equipment and supplies
e. Interlocal agreement and order  between Burnet County  and Emergency Services District #8 in Burnet County for the application of hot asphalt paving on ESD property in return for manpower assistance upon request plus the allowance to use ESD property by Burnet County for such things as elections.  Said consideration may not exceed $15,000 by either party.
f. Cottonwood Shores annual Interlocal agreement and order for chip and seal asphalt to various city streets
g. Approval to purchase a hydraulic pothole digger for excavator from Ewalk Kubota in an amount not to exceed $4,962.00 for Pct. 4
