Subject

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
  1. Ritz & Associates PA to perform arbitrage rebate calculations for the Series 2022 Notes for period 7/14/2022 through 5/31/2025 in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00;
  2. Work Order No. 25-308B with K.C. Engineering, Inc. to provide a complete set of construction plans and specifications for work on CR 120 from RM 1431 to CR 123 in an amount not to exceed $33,150.00;
  3. Work Order No. 25-310 with K.C. Engineering, Inc. to provide a complete set of construction plans and specifications for work on CR 207 at the intersection of RM 963 in an amount not to exceed $34,220.00 (Beierle);
  4. LEVY Architects, PLLC approval for additional services for the design and documentation of the Commissioners Court on Level 2;
  5. Contract with Defense Logistics Agency for Law Enforcement Support (LESO) for Constable Precinct 1;
  6. Contract with Defense Logistics Agency for Law Enforcement Support (LESO) for Constable Precinct 2;
  7. A ratified contract with KONE for elevator maintenance that was previously approved in Commissioner Court on April 22, 2025;
  8. The 2025-2026 Renewal Notice and Benefit Confirmation from the Texas Association of Counties Health and Employee Benefits Pool.;
  9. Approval of the $850.00 sponsorship from Indulge for the Taste of Highland Lakes event; and 
  10. Approval of the $1,000.00 sponsorship from Local Boat Partners for the Battle of the Colorado event.
