Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the donation of land of approximately 0.5 acres located at Loop 308 and identified as BAC ID#6114 by Mr. Ray Bizzell to Burnet County. Said property location is adjacent to the Briggs Community Center, owned by Burnet County. Approval of the donation will thereafter require the need to survey the property to be obtained by Burnet County in order to prepare a deed. Approval of the donation shall also need to grant authority to the Burnet County Judge to sign the deed documents once prepared.(Beierle)
