a. Marketing services contract with Highland Lakes Publishing for advertising
b. Contract labor agreement with WCR Construction for the work to be performed on the Courthouse roof.
c. Approval of an Agreement with DIJ Construction for work on CR 421 +/- 1.1 Miles
d. Annual interlocal with City of Cottonwood Shores.
e. Apply for a grant for the Bertram Library from the Mitte Foundation. This grant is for conference room pods to allow for privacy, hiring a local artist to paint a mural in the library's children's area, constructing a new weatherproof awning, and patio furniture to be bolted down. The total cost is estimated at $60,000. There is no match requirement.
f. Approval to apply for and sign a resolution for a grant with the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for FY 2025 Indigent Defense Improvement Grant for the North Hill Country Public Defender's Office.
