Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to complete the interlocal agreement with Coryell, McLennan, and Williamson Counties for the FY26 Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority grant for the Heart of Texas Auto Task Force;
b. Amend, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions for revising the Pitney Bowes Postage machine contract with a new lower price that was approved and signed in commissioners court on June 24, 2025;
c. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents to accept the proposal from East Texas Mack Buy Back Program for 2026 Mack GR64F Dump Trucks;
d. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents to accept the proposal from Cadence Bank to finance four (4) 2026 Mack GR64F Dump Trucks;
e. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents regarding the additions to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) grant application previously submitted on April 28, 2025 for the Bertram Library. The proposed addendums include installation of an additional privacy pod at the Herman Brown Library and renovation of a conference room at the Marble Falls Library;
f. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to accept the Capital Area Council of Governments solid waste allocation reimbursement costs associated with debris clean-up in the amount of up to $30,000;
g. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents regarding an Agreement between Burnet County and Creative Decor Holiday Lighting for the following: h. Authorizing Burnet County, on behalf of the Sheriff's Office, to apply for ammo and medical kits from the National Rifle Association (NRA).
