An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. The agenda packet is also posted on the county website at www.burnetcountytexas.org, under Public Meetings. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available in the County Clerk's office. Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007, the commissioners court allows any person to make comment on any item appearing on the agenda, however in this section of public comment any person may make comment on items not posted on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Executive Session. The Burnet County Commissioners Court hereby gives public notice of it's intent to go into an executive session with County Civil Attorney and/or the County Attorney in accordance with Texas Government Code 551.071. The following potential types of discussions are legally permissible: Sections 551/071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices), 551.087 (Economic Development), 418.183 (Deliberations about Homeland Security Issues), 551.0725 (Contracts being negotiated).
a. Discuss and consideration of contemplated litigation, settlement matters and other confidential attorney-client legal matters (as per Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, "Consultation with Attorney", including the following:
i. Legal matters pertaining to Burnet County's response to the Bell County East to Big Hill 765-kV Transmission Project, LCRA/ ONCOR electric line and discussion of engagement of a law firm and/ or attorney to advise and represent.

b. Amend, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions for revising the Pitney Bowes Postage machine contract with a new lower price that was approved and signed in commissioners court on June 24, 2025;
c. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents to accept the proposal from East Texas Mack Buy Back Program for 2026 Mack GR64F Dump Trucks;
d. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents to accept the proposal from Cadence Bank to finance four (4) 2026 Mack GR64F Dump Trucks;
e. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents regarding the additions to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) grant application previously submitted on April 28, 2025 for the Bertram Library. The proposed addendums include installation of an additional privacy pod at the Herman Brown Library and renovation of a conference room at the Marble Falls Library;
f. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to accept the Capital Area Council of Governments solid waste allocation reimbursement costs associated with debris clean-up in the amount of up to $30,000;
g. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents regarding an Agreement between Burnet County and Creative Decor Holiday Lighting for the following:
