Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to complete the contract with Flock Safety for 7 LPR cameras for Heart of Texas Auto Theft Task Force;
b. Approval to use HOT funds to sponsor the Marble Falls Fall Festival in the amount of $750;
c. Approval to accept, sign, and take appropriate action for the FY25 Texas Indigent Defense Commission (TDIC) Formula Grant Indigent Defense Program - 10/1/24-9/30/25 - grant award in the amount of $37,089.00. Application # 212-25-027; and
d. Approval for the Burnet County Judge to apply, sign, and execute all necessary documents for the FY25-26 SB22 grant for the Burnet County Sheriff's Office.
