Consideration of approval to place property lien, pursuant to action previously taken and approved by the Burnet County Commissioners Court to address Texas Health & Safety Code public nuisances issues at 208 Deer Springs Drive, Burnet County.  Said potential action includes filing a sworn account of costs, acknowledgment by the owner of said costs plus, and copies of the previous orders issued by the Commissioners Court to accompany the lien to be filed.
