Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding an order to continue to participate in the Burnet County local health care provider participation program subject to recently enacted Chapter 292E of the Texas Health & Safety Code, amend the Burnet County Health Care Provider Participation Program Rules and Procedures to align with Chapter 292E, and to set mandatory payment rate for Fiscal Year 26 pursuant to Chapter 292E of the Texas Health & Safety Code and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent.
