An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. The agenda packet is also posted on the county website at www.burnetcountytexas.org, under Public Meetings. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available in the County Clerk's office. Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court rules of decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Public hearing to discuss and consider an order to continue to participate in the Burnet County local health care provider participation program subject to recently enacted Chapter 292E of the Texas Health and Safety Code, amend the Burnet County Health Care Provider Participation Program Rules and Procedures to align with Chapter 292E, and to set the mandatory payment rate for Fiscal Year 26 applicable to Burnet County's local provider participation program and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent. The Burnet County Commissioner's Court will hold the public hearing pursuant to Chapter 292E of the Texas Health & Safety Code. (Wilson)

a. Authorize Precinct 1's dual drum smooth asphalt roller that has a blown engine to be salvaged and placed on www.govdeals.com; and
b. Purchase a Sakai SW504-54" dual-drum smooth 4.5 ton asphalt roller in an amount up to $80,500 to replace the asphalt roller that has a blown engine.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding approval from Commissioners Court to allow Precinct 4 crew to place and grout several pieces of rock from the exterior of the Fuchs house that was destroyed by fire in Horseshoe Bay to preserve a part of Burnet County's history for the public. b. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to accept an Agreement between Burnet County and Carren Barnett as a Vetride Independent Contractor;
c. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to accept the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between San Patricio County and Burnet County for Jail Services; and
d. Approve and execute all appropriate actions with Burns Architecture, LLC for Amendment 1 regarding additional services to provide jail roof and skylights redesign bid specifications.

a. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to accept the resolution for the FY 2026 Formula Grant for Indigent Defense Grant Program for the Texas Indigent Defense Commission;
b. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to accept the Criminal Justice Department grant from the Office of the Governor for the Burnet County Courthouse Metal Detector and Panic Button Project;
c. Approve and take appropriate actions to accept the Statements of Grant Award for the North Hill Country Public Defender:
i. FY2026 Supplemental Improvement Grant the amount of $52,791.00; and
ii. FY2026 Improvement Grant in the amount of $1,523,609 for the North Hill County Regional Public Defenders Office.
