Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding grants to be approved and/ or ratified:
a. Approve and accept the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) Family Place Grant award and sign the FY26 contract;
b. Approve and accept the Texas State Libraries and Archives Commission's LIFI grant contract in an amount not to exceed $111,216 for a pod for the Herman Brown Library and an alcove for the Marble Falls Library (Beierle)
c. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to accept the resolution for Texas Feeding Texans Grant Program from the Texas Department of Agriculture;
d. Approve and accept the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) grant award; and
e. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to apply for the CAPCOG Solid Waste Grant Program (Dockery).
