Executive Session. Discussion with Burnet County Commissioner's Court and the County Civil Attorney(s) and/or the County Attorney in accordance with Texas Government Codes 551.071. The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code including, but not limited to, Section: 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney). a. Discuss and consideration of contemplated litigation, settlement matters and other confidential attorney-client legal matters as per Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, "Consultation with Attorney," including the following:
i. Legal matters pertaining to Burnet County's response to the Bell County East to Big Hill 765-kV Transmission Project, LCRA/ONCOR electric line.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding items discussed in Executive Session.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve Ascension Health Alliance d/b/a Ascension the issuance of bonds in one or more series by the Indiana Finance Authority. A portion of the proceeds of the Bonds will be used by Ascension to refinance certain costs of health care projects at Ascension Seton Highland Lakes Hospital and are limited in principle to the amount of $2,000,000. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of donation from O'Malley Tires in the amount of $250 for the Precinct 4 Thanksgiving luncheon. (Dockery)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action in accordance with Local Government Code 2254.003 regarding the selection of American Structurepoint, Inc. for professional engineering services related to the coordination of transportation planning efforts and the development of a Transportation Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan and Program (CIPP) in an amount not to exceed $150,000 and to authorize the County Judge to work with American Structurepoint, Inc., General Counsel, and Burnet County Auditor to negotiate rates and finalize and execute the engineering contract. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to issue a Request for Qualifications for architectural services in accordance with the Local Government Code 2254.003 to inventory, assess, gather public input, to develop short term and long term recommendations for Burnet County land and buildings use for office space in an amount not to exceed $75,000. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to issue a Request for Qualifications in accordance with the Local Government Code 2254.003 to inventory, assess, gather public input, and develop land use planning recommendations regarding Burnet County's historical buildings, historical sites, and undeveloped land holdings in an amount not to exceed $50,000 from the Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund. The assessment shall include condition inspection and documentation for all structures. (Wilson)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action approving Burnet County's domain switch to the already reserved BurnetCoTx.gov to build legitimacy and public trust, consistency and professionalism, compliance and best practice, and to sustain long-term cost and stability. (Collier)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approval of using Sequel Data Systems Incorporated for installing Dell Switches at 127 E. Jackson St. in an amount not to exceed $29,889.64. (Collier)

b. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to renew the Bluebonnet Trails Community Services Interlocal Agreement and Order for Mental Health Jail Based Services;
c. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to renew the Dronesense by Versaterm contract with the Burnet County Sheriff's Office in an amount not to exceed $8,700;
d. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to accept a contract between SADA Systems Google Workspace and the Burnet County Sheriff's Office in an amount not to exceed $26,294.40;
e. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to enter a Memorandum of Understanding between Burnet County and the City of Burnet to collaborate and produce a 'Welcome to Burnet' video for Burnet County Tourism in an amount not to exceed $2,500; 
f. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to enter an Interlocal Agreement and Order between Burnet County and the City of Burnet regarding the employed and contracted Magistrates of Burnet County and the City of Burnet;
g. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to enter an Interlocal Agreement and Order with the City of Horseshoe Bay that will allow Burnet County to assist the City of Horseshoe Bay with construction of a gravel walkway in a city-owned park (Dockery); 
h. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to sponsor the January 2026 State of the County Luncheon in an amount not to exceed $1,500; and
i. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to extend services with Levy Dykema at 127 E Jackson St. through January 31, 2026.

a. Approve and accept the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) Family Place Grant award and sign the FY26 contract;
