Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action in accordance with Local Government Code 2254.003 regarding the selection of American Structurepoint, Inc. for professional engineering services related to the coordination of transportation planning efforts and the development of a Transportation Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan and Program (CIPP) in an amount not to exceed $150,000 and to authorize the County Judge to work with American Structurepoint, Inc., General Counsel, and Burnet County Auditor to negotiate rates and finalize and execute the engineering contract.
