Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified:
a. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to enter an Interlocal Agreement and Order with the City of Highland Haven (Luther); and
b. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to approve Amendment No. 3 with Aramark food service for the Burnet County Jail in an amount not to exceed $2.023 per meal (Wilson).
