An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. The agenda packet is also posted on the county website at www.burnetcountytexas.org, under Public Meetings. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available in the County Clerk's office. Our Mission Statement: The mission of Burnet County is to maintain overall efficient and effective management of county resources while providing the services mandated by state and federal law and desired by the citizens of Burnet County.

Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court rules of decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a burn ban for the unincorporated areas of Burnet County. (Wilson)
 
5.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a flood recovery update, debris site clean-up and debris clean-up, search, rescue, and law enforcement response, and long-term recovery plan from the following: (Wilson)
a. Ark of Highland Lakes Executive Director — Kevin Nauman;
b. Office Emergency Management Coordinator — Derek Marchio;
c. Development Services Director — Herb Darling; 
d. Burnet County Auditor — Kelley Glaeser; 
e. Burnet County Sheriff — Sheriff Calvin Boyd; and
f. Authorize request for proposals for after action review and report in an amount not to exceed $25,000.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding appointments for committees and boards:
a. The reappointment of Billy Elliot and Bruce Serry to Burnet County Emergancy Services District (ESD) No. 1 board effective January 1, 2026 (Dockery);
b. The reappointment of Robyn Ritcher to the Burnet County ESD No. 6 board effective January 1, 2026 (Dockery/ Collier);
c. The reappointment of Nancy Hansen and Herbert Holloway, Jr. for the Burnet County ESD No. 6 board effective January 1, 2026 (Collier); and
d. The appointment of David LeBlanc to the Burnet County ESD No. 9 board effective January 1, 2026 (Dockery).

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action concerning a request for a replat of lot 1, Brushy Mountain Subdivision, to be known as lots 1-A and 1-B, Brushy Mountain Subdivision, a division of 1 lot into 2. (Luther)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the acceptance of a donation deed from Hickory Pass LP on approximately 4.4 acres of land on CR 328 (aka Cow Creek Road) for the right of way ownership for public access.
