Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the 391 Commission- The Burnet County Highland Lakes Sub-Regional Planning Commission:
(a) Update from Commissioner Beierle on formation, policies, and activities;
(b) Approval to enter and sign a resolution to change the name from "The Burnet County Highland Lakes Sub-Regional Planning Commission" to "Highland Lakes Sub-Regional Planning Commission";
(c) Approval to ratify the by-laws;
(d) Approval to accept the City of Marble Falls as a member and enter and sign the Highland Lakes Sub-Regional Planning Commission Interlocal Agreement and Articles of Incorporation.
