Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following for Dispatcher Overtime and Certificate pay:
(a) Suspend Burnet County Budget Policy to transfer up to $95,000 from BCSO's Dispatcher lapsed salary and $1,365 from Longevity Pay;
(b) Approve an inner-line item transfer transferring up to $95,000 from BCSO's Dispatchers lapsed salary, fund 100-5600-1060, to BCSO's Overtime - Dispatchers, fund 100-5600-1990;
(c) Approve an inner-line item transfer transferring up to $1,365 from BCSO's Longevity Pay, fund 100-5600-1100, to BCSO's Certificate Pay, fund 100-5600-1105.
